Double Balsamic VinegarWe studied the traditional method of making true balsamic vinegar in Italy and re-engineered it using our own homegrown apples instead of grapes.
Our double balsamic apple vinegar is made by cooking our balsamic apple vinegar into a thicker, sweeter version of our "red label" balsamic, with more intense apple flavor.
