black raspberry vinegar
We use generous amounts of delicious black raspberries and soak them for days in apple cider vinegar. We then cold press the black raspberries and bottle the vinegar unfiltered.
No sweetener or coloring added. Tart and full of antioxidants. Blend a shot with seltzer water and a pinch of sugar for an excellent old-fashioned Shrub.
