Tart, strong, pure apple cider vinegar with nothing added. 5% acidity. Made by pressing fresh apples into cider, fermenting into hard cider and acetifying in a special tank called an Acetator.
This specialized tank introduces air at a special rate into the hard cider. Over time, the alcohol in the hard cider is converted to acetic acid by oxygen and naturally occurring bacteria called Acetobacter. Our apple cider vinegar is great in so many things: salad dressing, soup, marinades, sauces and even on it own for good health.
